Ashland Aerial Arts (A3) is hiring! We are looking for an enthusiastic team member, excited about teaching youth aerial on multiple apparatus. Our afterschool and accessible aerial programs are a safe space for all young people to have fun, do scary things, and be themselves. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years teaching children and have completed at least one reputable aerial teacher training.

 

This position involves 12-18/week hours of teaching youth ages 4-18. Additional administrative hours, up to 10/week, are possible for the right candidate. Ideally the contract would start in June, during the Summer Camp season, as an introduction to our studio culture. A3 periodically participates in community events that may involve staff performing. Some independent performing work may also be available in the area. Halfway between San Francisco and Portland, home to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Ashland is a blue island in a rural red sea.
