Ashland Aerial Arts is prioritizing the health and safety of our community. We are following state guidelines pertaining to public schools regarding masks, distancing and sanitization. Please read our policies below regarding our new protocols to keep our students safe.
We strive to create an accessible space for students across a spectrum of needs. Read our studio access notes below.
We understand that things come up. Read below for our cancellation policy.
If you have additional questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Le Cirque Centre Instructors will prep the space daily by:

  • Wiping down high touch surfaces (bathroom, doors)

  • Ensure that student chairs and props are labeled and placed appropriately.

  • Turn on fans, open garage and front doors to maximize air flow (when the air quality is safe to do so).

Participants will assist by:

  • Wiping down mats and equipment they used.

  • Hand washing frequently. This will be worked into the schedule between activities, with a staging area to avoid traffic jams.

Studio Covid Protocol Notes

As of March 19 masks are optional in the studio following the Ashland School District guidelines as long as the country stays in low risk. We provide adequately spaced equipment to assist with physical distancing; have an air scrubber and high capacity air filter on during all classes, and, when the weather is warm enough, increase ventilation by opening the bay door.

Studio safety and sanitization:

  • UV technology Air Scrubber runs constantly

  • Hi capacity HEPA air filter runs during class

  • Doors will remain open, with fans running for as long as temperature and air quality allow.

  • Ashland Aerial Arts faculty disinfect the bathroom and high touch surfaces.

Students will assist by:

  • Students wipe their area of the mats and apparatus (as applicable) at the end of each class

  • Students wash hands before and after class and as necessary during class.

  • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before class time.

  • To avoid the traffic jam that is our entryway, parents can check in outside the front door.

  • Parents are asked not to stay in the studio during class, to minimize the number of bodies in the room.

  • Students will leave their belongings at one of the pre-set/spaced chairs

  • After March 19, 2023 masks are optional in the studio following the Ashland School District guidelines

  • Apparatus are spaced at least 6' apart.

  • Skills and activities are designed to maintain physical distance during class and when resting.

  • Please pick up your student in front of the building.

  • Please pick up within 5 minutes of the end of class, to accommodate the following class.
